I was going to post this on Halloween & then I didn’t...obviously.
And now I’m going to post it and I wish I would of posted it back then because it was a lot more relevant at that time. But I’m notorious for doing things that don’t make sense.🙄
...and honestly I don’t even really like watching football this is just a #flashbackfriday from when I dressed up for my ex in his team.
And I was nervous to push post on this... because sometimes it’s nerve racking to be half naked in front of so many eyes...
But I’m working on being ok with posting whichever and whatever I please, As long as I love it....and not feeling self judgment for expressing my body and what I like on my page. But it still makes me nervous sometimes.

Vision without action, is hallucination.
Anyone can come up with vision of what they want their lives to be, but we only ever get what we act on. Make sure when you plan out what you want your life to look like you also make an action plan of the habits that you need to adopt to slowly make progress towards your goals. Otherwise you're just hallucinating.
If you have never thought about your future or created a vision of what you want your life to be like then you might just want to do that, put pen to paper and put down some things that you would like to have in your life and try to map that to habits you can make part of your daily routine to make sure you don't wake up one day thinking, what have I been doing with my life, it's never too late, and the best time to start is right now.

Shoulder Health 🔑
Having good flexibility in your shoulder joints doesn’t mean you have the capacity to work in that range, we need to be able to control the joint in these ranges before we can load. If we start overloading the joint before there is enough capacity this will eventually lead to injury.
Give this isometric shoulder flexion hold a go and start owning your end ranges. .
.🔹 Begin in a quadrupled position, reaching one hand forward take hold of a stick or dowel .
.🔹Move your hand up the stick until you find your end range and hold there, be careful not to compensate through your lumbar spine.
.🔹Begin to irradiate (create tension in the rest of the body) by pressing the opposite hand & legs into the ground and bracing the core.
.🔹 Isometrically contract your raised arm and shoulder and slowly loosen your grip on the stick. .
.🔹Try to keep your arm in the exact same position and hold for 8-10 reset and repeat X4-5 times each side.
