Carbs are NOT your enemy! Too often I hear people talking about eliminating carbs from their diet or how carbs are “bad” for them. Not only is this statement untrue, but it is going to lead to a very unstable diet and can be detrimental to your body and your health! Carbohydrates are a necessity to our body and we need them in order to have energy to perform activities. Just remember this next time you hear that you need to eliminate carbs in order to lose weight!

1️⃣ 3x12 straight bar overhead shoulder press
2️⃣ 3x12 facepulls
3️⃣ 3x10 dumbbell lateral raises
4️⃣ 3x10 dumbbell front raises
5️⃣ 2x20 landmine press (this is easier kneeling i think)
6️⃣ body weight burnout. 4 shoulder taps to a push up. do as many sets as you can.

You can point out all your imperfections, but for what? So everyone else can judge you on them? And then your self love and confidence is lowered each and every time. You need to love YOU. .
When I used to see other fit women say things like this I would alway think “why to you work out then? Why do you try to change yourself weeks at a time?” And I know a lot of you ladies starting out are asking the same thing! How do you love yourself and want to change yourself at the same time?!? It’s not that black and white though! .
My fitness goals, along with many, is not “get a big ass and be done” no way, my goals are be MY BEST SELF! It’s not about appearance 100% of the time! It’s only 5% of the time! It’s 95% strength, physically and mentally! When you start pushing your body to its absolute limits, it grows, it gets stronger and stronger. There truly are NO limits! .
So my logic is, as a woman in this sport, it’s like any other situation in life. Life is going to give you a wild ride sometimes and you think you are slipping away, and you cannot take anymore. But your not, Your mind can take so much more and this is not the end!! Your mind will grow along with your body!! You are all so strong, it’s hard to see a lot of the time but you are!!♥️
