  • Sport Taping – περίδεση Μια τεχνική παρέμβασης και πρόληψης στη φυσικοθεραπεία, ιδιαίτερα αθλητικών τραυματισμών, είναι η περίδεση. Με τον όρο περίδεση εννοούμε τη «μηχανική υποστήριξη» της άρθρωσης» με την εφαρμογή διαφορετικών μεθόδων. Ελαστική περίδεση, ανελαστική περίδεση καθώς και περίδεση με Kinesio tape πραγματοποιούνται ευρέως στον φυσικοθεραπευτικό χώρο. Η ανελαστική περίδεση χρησιμοποιεί ανελαστικούς επιδέσμους τα επονομαζόμενα tapes. Η εφαρμογή τους προσφέρει μεγαλύτερη σταθερότητα στις αρθρώσεις και περιορίζει περισσότερο τις κινήσεις τους συγκριτικά με την ελαστική περίδεση. Η μέθοδος έχει προληπτικό χαρακτήρα αφού προσφέρει μεγάλου βαθμού σταθερότητα και μειώνει τα ποσοστά αστάθειας κάτι που βοηθά στη μείωση του κινδύνου τραυματισμών. I reminded myself why I do it, and got myself up and going. Starting my day firstly with a message from God and then working out sets a positive tone for the rest of my day. I’m making a choice to say God you come first and secondly investing in me and becoming all God has called me to be!   • REPOST @dancosta86 . As reuniões do Grupo de Estudos Avançados em Treinamento de Força acontecem semanalmente às 11:00 na sala de aula 5 na Faculdade de Educação Física e Dança (FEFD). Inicialmente a ideia era avançar com os estudos relacionadas ao treinamento de força (TF), contribuindo para a formação dos alunos que atuam nos projetos de extensão da musculação e consequentemente melhorar o andamento dos projetos. Embora as reuniões tenham iniciado com certa timidez e direcionada para os monitores da extensão, aos poucos foram surgindo mais interessados. Entre eles, estudantes de outras instituições, outros cursos e profissionais já formados. Estamos a 2 semanas do encerramento das reuniões para este semestre e esse foi nosso registro de hoje. Agradeço a todos pela participação, em especial aos que contribuíram apresentando temas relevantes relacionados ao TF @prof.marcelosilva, @matheusbarbalho, @prof.rafaelalves.
